Our dietary supplements, once opened, cannot be returned or refunded because:

• Health and Safety: To protect our customers, we cannot resell or accept returns of opened supplement products, as we cannot verify their integrity once they have left our control.

Policy Details

• All Sales Final: All supplement purchases are final and non-returnable once the product has been opened or the seal has been broken.
• Unopened Products: Returns of unopened, sealed supplements may be considered within 7 days of delivery, subject to our approval. Please contact us at info@usaotc.com to initiate a return request for unopened products.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@usaotc.com with photos and order details. We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Shipping Issues: If your order is lost or not delivered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
